Jenni and Trix strolled along the dirt path, enjoying the sunshine. Suddenly a bush rustled ahead, causing the pair to duck behind a tree.
“The peaceful times never last!” muttered Trix.
They looked on as the bush rustled faster. Suddenly out popped an aloof cat, peeking around, and then ducking back as quickly as it had appeared.
“Did you see that thing?!” Trix scowled. “It was obviously up to no good. We should keep an eye out.”

“Wow...” was all Jenni and Trix could say when they looked at the neon colored mushroom forest ahead of them.
“This is great - I am having a blast!” Trix sang, dancing around the giant fungi.
“I think you might want to be careful around these things, Trix,” Jenni said, her brow furrowed. “Definitely don’t lick one or anythi- TRIX!”
Trix froze, tongue sticking out. “What? They just look so much like candy!”

“Come a little closer,” Jenni said Trix. “You’re looking thirsty and there’s a pond over here.”
Trix sat down by the water. “Looks SO good and SO sweet,” she sighed, taking a big gulp. She opened her eyes under the water and was met with the sight of a hairy face.
Jenni laughed as a fuzzy yak came up and gave Trix a kiss. “Looks like you’re not the only fuzzy friend here!”
“I don’t mind sharing with you!” Trix giggled.

Chapter 237 - Mermaid Lagoon
Jenni and Trix sat by the water’s edge to cool off from the hot sun. In the distance, they could hear a voice singing.
“I could listen to thea voice all day!” Trix said as her ears perked up.
“Be careful. That's a mermaid. They can make anyone do their bidding,” Jenni responded.
“That doesn’t mean she’ll use her powers for evil. Don’t be so presumptuous.”
“You’re right, Trix!” Jenni said. “I shouldn’t judge just based on her being a mermaid!”

Jenni and Trix marched forward as a treeline became visible before them. A faint glow could be seen coming from inside.
“No thank you,” Trix said, immediately turning around. “I’m okay with not getting abducted.”
“Oh no you don’t,” Jenni said. “This forest is home to the Lost Light. And the bandits are sure to want to nab their magical essence. We need to stop them!”
“Fine, fine,” Trix grumbled. “But I expect belly rubs when this is all done.”

Chapter 228 - Sky’s The Limit
A screech filled the air and Trix immediately hopped behind Jenni, cowering in fear.
“What was that?!” she yelped. “It better not be a dinosaur.”
“Relax,” Jenni laughed as she took Trix’s head and turned it skyward. “It IS a dinosaur, but a harmless one!”
Above them flew a petite winged dinosaur. It landed on a branch and was no bigger than the birds it perched next to.
Trix slowly came out of hiding. “I still have my eyes on you, dino.”
